Liesha Earle
is currently President of the Board. Liesha has been a lawyer and Assistant
Crown Attorney since 1993. A member of the Board since 1995 and Vice
President from 2001-2003, Liesha lectures at Choices and John School
and sits on the Conference Committee.

Pauline Gove
has been involved with StreetLight since 1996 in the capacity of Secretary.
When Polly is not busy recording minutes she is the Patient Care Manager
in Mental Health at Scarborough Hospital. Pauline also is also active
in StreetLight's Hiring Committee.

Douglas Mottram
is a retired Toronto Police Staff Sergeant. He has been involved with
StreetLight Support Services from its inception. Doug is responsible
for developing and facilitating The First Offenders Prostitution Diversion
Program known as the Toronto John School. In addition, Doug sits on
the Hiring Committee for StreetLight's staff.

Derek Knights, CPP, CISSP
Derek Knights has worked in the security field since the 1970's; first
for a consortium of European airlines, and then for the Metro Toronto
Housing Authority. He has also managed residential properties, both in
social housing and condominiums. He has experience, first hand, with
the issues on which Streetlight Support Services focuses.

He is currently involved in security risk assessments and management
issues, reviews security-related books for U.S. and Canadian
publications and has presented at conferences on investigations, and
information & physical security, and privacy.

Derek brings a realistic, yet compassionate viewpoint to the organization.

Linda Padfield
Linda joined the Board in January '05 bringing 30 years of management
experience, much of it as an organizational behaviour specialist.
She will be on the Fundraising Committee. She has been a member of
several not-for-profit Boards and hopes to augment the professionalism
of Board processes. She finds the mission of Streetlight compelling.

Himanshu Sudan
is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and
is the current treasurer on the Board. He is also the Chair of the fund
raising committee and member of the housing project committee. He has over
15 years of financial management expertise and has a public accounting
practice in the Greater Toronto Area. Himanshu is also involved with other
charities dealing with mental health and housing.

Kristle Calisto-Tavares
joined the Board in January 2005 with five years of experience in leadership,
organizational development, fundraising and project management in a variety of
non-profit settings. Kristle is committed to social justice and believes that
everyone should have the opportunity to lead an inspired life. She intends to
lend her skills and assistance to fulfilling Streetlight’s mandate and honouring
those who seek Streetlight’s support.

Sunhan Eren
Recent addition to the Board, currently he bring 6 years of IT and Computer
Management expereince from the financial corporate world. He currently
helping with Streetlight's Website and Communication. As a corporate board
member he hopes to bring a different perspective and help educate the public
on the issues and challenges that Streetlight faces.
