How to access Duty Council

Duty Councilors are free lawyers provided in every courthouse. They are available to talk to you about your charge and to assist you in court. If you feel you need to have a trial, where you explain your particular circumstances, it is best for you to hire a lawyer.

To access Duty Council you need to go to their office 1 hour before you are due in court.

If you ever miss a court date call Duty Council immediately and they will advise you to the proper course of action.

Why go for Anonymous STI / HIV / AIDS testing?

Anonymous testing is confidential and private. If you choose to get tested by your family doctor on a regular basis it could hamper your chances of ever receiving health or life insurance.
